Membership Renewal

Membership Renewals

Due to the historical membership year being June to June and the postponements of renewals during the pandemic lock down a number of renewals have all come up at the same time. We have quite a few outstanding from June, July and August plus the September renewals.

The Main Club membership team does chase these however we have lagged in renewing in the Squash Club and I have been reminded of this. If this has been on your to do list can you please have a look at it.

Renewal monies can be sent via Bank Transfer to the account detailed below or paid in person at the bar.

Please reference your name and the type of membership required if you have space to do so. It will assist us if you drop a brief e mail to the Membership Secretary and Club when you do this so that they know you are renewing and can check the payment is received satisfactorily.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "burghfieldsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from burghfieldsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Burghfield Squash Club <burghfieldsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Burghfield Squash Club <burghfieldsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from burghfieldsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
