Burghfield Squash Club 2025 Players of the Year
The player of the year for 2025 is Gareth May with 21 Wins with an honorable mention to the Runner Up John May with 20 Wins. I suspect there is more competition to come in 2026 to win this coveted Trophy. The Clubman of the Year goes to the player who has played the most of their scheduled matches. In 2025 this is Mick Gumley, well done Mick 89.2% is very impressive and highlights your commitment to playing.
Steve Ryles will be publishing in 2026, at the end of each Box Period, the names of the 100% Club for that period and the Winner of this will be the player who played all of their scheduled games and won the most points. We will celebrate this with a nominal prize and by publishing the names. Hopefully during the course of the year the 100% members will increase and this will be publicized.
