As you may have already heard, we are moving to a new online booking system for the squash courts from Monday 14 November 2016. The system will allow members to book courts up to 14 days prior from 7 am. In other words, a new "booking sheet" is automatically added to the system 14 days prior at 7 am each day. As such, on Monday 31 October from 7 am onwards, you can book a court to play Monday 14 November (any time). Please use the following link to go to the booking system website (you can login now). https://burghfieldsquash.mycourts.co.uk Please do not share your login details with other members. You can change your password when you log-in to the booking system website. You will need to know your PIN number to use the touch screen kiosk system which has been installed at the club. BOOKING FEES AND MEMBER ACCOUNTS Please note the system charges a booking fee of £1.50 per 40 mins. Each member has an account within the booking system and must have credit in order to book a court. You can purchase credit (£15 minimum i.e.10 court bookings) with any credit/debit card when logged into this website. Your transaction will be securely processed by Stripe. Members can share booking fees by using the facility to Transfer Credit when logged into the court booking system website. CANCELLATION POLICY When unable to use a reserved court, members should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members. The Booking Fee is non-refundable, however, it will be automatically refunded as system credit but only if the same court, date and start time is re-booked by another member.
